Windows 7 is great but, ...

Windows 7 is great but, ... I was starting to really miss some of the things I could do in Windows XP that don't work with Windows 7. I admit it was little things like the Nullsoft Tiny Full Screen 2.10 Visualisation Plugin in Winamp would not display the proper colors in the Spectrum Analyzer + Oscilloscope. Then, while browsing my downloaded installers folders, I came across Sun's xVM VirtualBox so I decided to give it a try. Sure enough the experience was way more "pleasant" than my last encounter with Virtual PC, -but that's another story! So after a few minutes I was up and running my nLite Windows XP installer and everything went great. Even NAT on the virtual NIC which got me online without the need for any other tweaking. After a few trips to Windows Update I was running Service Pack 3 and all updates. And thanks to the share drive facility I could easily access installers on my Windows 7 drive and now Winamp Tiny Full Screen 2.10 Visualisation Plugin displays the correct colors! Of course I got sound out of it also! :O)
